Sandbox resource limits

| Memory | 512 MiB - 8 GB (must be even) |
| Timeout | 1 min - 8 hours (default 5 min) |
| Disk | 10 GiB |
| Max request/response | 10 MiB |
| WebSocket idle timeout | 5 minutes |
Organization quotas
When a limit is reached, related endpoints reject new creates or invites.
